About The Artist
    I am a self taught artist living in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. I have been working with steel for many years with a functional purpose never allowing myself to experiment with my artistic cravings. I have finally reached a point in my life where I can no longer deny my primal need to express myself through the physical manipulation of steel. I feel I am now ready to share my works with you, this is what I can do follow along as I learn and evolve. I love working with different metals for there properties and ability to tell a story or portray a different mood depending on how they are finished. My work began with functional pieces for the home and yard and I have become comfortable looking within letting my passion drive the creative process allowing me to challenge myself every time I start something new. In the pieces I create  I try to capture an essence that can make a statement looking to allow each piece to be individual and unique. When I am working with my projects I will start many at one time and let the pieces direct me in how and when they will be completed letting my creativity control when they are done.  Some sculpture can take many months to finish as I can only work on them while I feel the progression of the piece. Some may only take a few days as they just seem to flow from me not allowing me to stop until they are done.
